Help and support.

Stuck, or found a bug? Email us and a real person will read it. Below are answers to the questions we’re asked most often.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

  • Email us at hello@cubebackgammon.com. Please include your iPhone model and the version number shown at the bottom of the app’s home screen.
  • Your progress lives on your phone. Sign in with Apple to back it up and restore it on another iPhone.
  • You stay in control: export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time.

1.Contact us

Email hello@cubebackgammon.com for anything: a bug, a question about a position, a suggestion or a privacy request. If something looks wrong, a screenshot helps a lot. We read every message.

2.Moving to a new iPhone

Lessons, puzzles, the Adventure and games against the coach are saved on your phone. To take them with you to a new phone, first open Settings, Account & cloud on the old phone and sign in with Apple. Then sign in with the same Apple account on the new one. Your progress comes across, and if both phones have progress, it’s combined rather than overwritten.

If you’ve never signed in, your progress stays only on the old phone, and deleting the app deletes it.

3.Online games

To play online you need an account (Sign in with Apple). If you lose your connection during a game, the app keeps trying and reconnects as soon as your phone is back online. Each invitation link works for one friend only: if someone else has already taken the seat, ask for a new invitation.

4.Export or delete your account

In Settings, Account & cloud, choose Export my data to get a file with everything we hold for your account, or Delete account and cloud data to remove it. Deleting also asks Apple to revoke the app’s Sign in with Apple authorisation. If that can’t be confirmed, the app shows you how to remove Cube Backgammon in your Apple Account settings. The privacy policy lists exactly what gets deleted.

5.Language

The app comes in English and French. You can switch at any time in Settings, Language.
